OK, let me clarify.....
I took a little 'creative license' by saying 'wrote' for keeping the meaning of my message easy to understand for the common shareholder.
I know the attorneys argue the cases before the court (judge or justices, as the case may be ...no pun intended...)
I was just trying to say that DM, to the best of my recollection as stated on their website, was the pivotal firm in representing Markman. This case now represents one of the most important milestones in IP cases going forward from that point since SCOTUS ( Supreme Court Of The United States ) determined that which has already been mentioned regarding Markman.
Point being, I like the fact that DM was there then and now has a 'pretty good idea' (in my mind) of how to proceed with IP litigation.... or, for that matter, settlements when applicable.
