Sounds like Vivitar is in disarray with their attorneys stepping down. Even if we don't get a settlement figure from them, a favorable Markman Hearing in May 2010 would be a definite plus when negotiating settlements with other infringers. I'd be OK with just that out of the Vivitar case.
