We will all have speculation on the dollar amounts and the more the better. I do caution about overly high expectations for this first settlement. If wrong, great.

Several of us here went through the same build up with that "P" company and got our arses handed to us. EDIG may have a much stronger case than that "p" company, but the simple fact that EDIG has validated tech and DM has found at least one way to convince a mean ole copy cat to pay up; is very good news. The second one will come much easier, IMO.

The markets look better this am. Maybe we have seen a flat spot or, at best, a real bottom. Either way, it is a good sign that the free fall is over for the moment and maybe for good.

I listened to several older couples this weekend tell about their investments. I was amazed with the sincere concern, but the long term positive attitudes. There is a lot to be learned for those who have been there and done that during dire financial times.
