It is my memory that "P" had to file 10Ks for the early settlements, as a material event, but after several settlements, they became a normal course of business and 10Ks were no longer required.

It is my opinion that Edig is required to file a 10K, for a material event, no matter the size of the settlement. They will do so when they get the money, IMO. Or maybe not...
