I don't think many care if the settlement is small or large, we would like to see a large amount, say 5-50 million, but for starters, I'll take less than 5 million.

It provides the validation DM was seeking and paves the way for additional settlements. In due process we will agree to many different amounts based on several issues; patents involved, size of the company, evaluation of past and future revenue derived from the infringement, profitability resulting from the products sold, and many other factors.

Frank, this board has speculated on many topics over the years, most have been totally wrong, but without the varied opinions and intellect of the participants, we would have a very dull board.

1) We don't know if DM will actively persue all 184 lawsuits.

2( We don't know how they will evualate a fair amount for each settlement.

3) We don't know how many will settle versus going to trial.

4) We don't know if round two will ever begin.

And a lot more.
