I want your HONEST opinion, if you were DM and had complete control over this process and took this case on contingency because and only because you saw BIG BUCKS, WOULD YOU SETTLE WITH ANY INFRINGER FOR ONE MILLION OR LESS??

Knowing that the amount of this settlement could and would have a direct effect on the next one???
