It is a no-brainer to observe that no one knows the identity of the party settling with EDIG, nor know the amounts of the settlement.

Everyone knows that, and are engaged in discussing their extrapulations of the known facts as they see them...

However, it is false to say that no one can tell :whether DM or EDIG or anyone else is happy with the [settlement]...

We certainly know that the Mnagement was quite happy and "Cocky" in describing the settlement. Therefore, if they are happy DM must be happy also...

The market must certainly be happy with the setllement. As we saw, throughout the Stock Market gyrations, EDIG pps remained at least 33% higher than the .08 cent it was before the settlement announcement...
