Knowing this matter is set for a Status Conference on 10/28/2008, before Texas Federal Court, (that is 2 weeks from today), I agree there will be additional "settlements" announced, in that any defendant that has been negotiating such settlements with DM, would prefer to cut out of the picture by that date...

Now that we have the money, I would really like to hear more about the 3rd generation eVU that was discussed in SHM...

Will you please see if you can get some information about that from RP?... You are so good at it...
