I would be amazed if they have already channeled the money into another investment, unless they had a hospital interested and ready to go with the eVU....hard to believe they could do much DD on a new investment prior to knowing the terms of the settlement.

However, kudos to them if they are that on top of things.

Reducing the debt would go a long way to extinguish past demons.

Can't wait for settlement #2 !
