I agree, but they will try as it is not in EDIG's best interest to disclose the settlement while DM continues to beat up mean ole copy cats.

As was posted, EDIG could take "installment" payments and state the payments are not of equal values. It can be done and if Frank's $3M net is in the ball park, they could hide it. It it is $100M, it would be a bit more difficult, but I can't imagine that much money just yet. Give me time. I'll get used to the idea. lol
