Many of us here invested in EDIG's technology 7-8 years ago with hopes that EDIG had the best technology for digital music players, flash memory,etc... It started with the puck and then other players, and we saw the share price go from pennies to over 24 dollars. It was labeled by some as "dirsuptive technology". There were statements about "billion dollar companies" that EDIG was involved with that never seemed to materialize. If you were like me, you saw your brokerage statements grow to over 1 million dollars(at 24.50, with 50000 shares purchased at around 16-20 cents) and then back down again. ( I did at least hopefully learn to take some off the table the next time this occurs.) It seems that EDIG did have the best technology, however, other companies figured out ways to use it without having to pay EDIG ( or so they thought ). Shareprice may not go back to 24 dollars, but like Daboss said, many may now have more shares than they used to ( I do). It has taken longer than many hoped to financially benefit from this technology, but it appears that we will finally be rewarded for what we thought would occur years ago. This settlement with a huge "billion dollar company" is only the first of many. Even Jenna is probably interested again, and the next few weeks, months will be very interesting.
