I agree, the amount of settlement would determine whether it would be advantageous or not. Either way just like the Pacer documents, those who are in ongoing or upcoming negotiations/litigations will be combing over the exact same information many here are (Thank you in particular to SS and Jefother), to include eDig's financials as they are released. I would imagine that being specialists they would definitely know who and would be extremely close on how much...if they have time to wait for the info to come out :)
