LOL...I'm just a happy guy and realize that 180 X 5 million is a huge number, but I think settlements will be larger than that and realize each settlement will be different, most likely.

Considering LG USA does about $25 Billion annually, it does not surprise me that they opted out of a long protracted court battle consuming years of lawyers fees and put this behind them quickly. THAT IS HUGE and bodes well for things to come.

A decent settlement in 9 months from filing suit is a much better proposition for shareholders than going for the gold with each case.

Much of what we have read regarding the courts is that these things settle before going to trial...so EDIG can expect plenty of settlements going their way....so any number is good...some are just better than others.

I would be thrilled with a $20 million settlement but would not be surprised with a $50-$100 million deal either.
