I've heard alot about $$$ concerning the settlement and not much about far-ranging stipulations to the settling company(ies) to put something on their products (very prominently-on the outside-on the cover/shell) stating "Flashpower by E-digital", "Memory by E-digital", or "E-digital memory inside"!!! This would do more for the PPS than $50M in R & D. Think about "Keeping the PPS up-there!", not a flash-in-the-pan like we were 10 years ago!
