My thought on the settlement :

I don,t think DM would consider a settlement of 1M , I have no idea on how large the settlement may be but HERE IS WHAT IS IMPORTANT ABOUT THE SETTLEMENT !!

#1-- It confirms our patent is in good standing.

#2-- it gives EDIG some working capital and they need that to continue

their pursue of new business and maintain their day to day ongoing

business.

#3-- it gives DM a portion of their expenses back ( the people working

on this case had to receive a paycheck ) . It also gives DM more

incentive to pursue more out of court settlements..

#4-- it gives the other defendants in our suits more incentive to

negotiate with DM on a realistic level.

#5-- From my viewpoint it gives me a GREAT FEELING about my

investment in EDIG.
