That's not at all what he is doing or saying.

Sunpoop has nailed LL to a tee. It wasn't that long ago he was negativizing (is that a word) that while he "hoped" there would be a shareholders meeting he doubted it would happen per management's direction.

The guy will argue the negative side of any event and plenty of us have had it with that perspective.

Before the settlement announcement he was pushing developments out another 2 years...as if settlement was unlikely even in light of many articles posted that most cases settle before going to trial.

The only FACT is that EDIG has settlement #1 under its belt with money due...that's batting 1000%.
