If there is a product made by Samsung in Korea that is found to infringe on EDIG patents in a Court in U.S., it makes no difference that it was sold in Germany and not U.S. Under the COMMITY principle a Court in Korea has to give great weight to US Court ruling.

I am sure RP was talking about some thing else. Even China was helping FBI to enforce Music industry rights against copy cat CD makers...
