RP and PN both stated the initial lawsuits would be filed for infringement against 774, simply because it was by far the easiest to prove.

Making a pure supposition, and not being any where near a techie, I think the very quick settlement with LG is strictly for that infringement.

Both RP and PN said all these companies can be "revisited" later for infringement of other EDig patents.

However, LG might be smart and forward looking and have settled with DM/EDig for the entire enchilada of 5 patents in which case you are probably correct. The settlement would be for far more than anyone here has contemplated.
