After thinking about it for a while I guess its not really a big deal if EDig has to give permission or not. I blew it up much to much, basically because RP said in no uncertain terms a number of time, "DM is in total control" of the lawsuits...

It also makes sense that a company like LG would not leave itself open to further lawsuits and would most likely have licensed all 5 patents, unless it has only infringed on one or two of them thereby not needing to license the others.

If all this common sense is true then I have to believe the settlement was for a hellova lot more than one mil and defintely more than 15 mil.....
