I think we have to be realistic about how much each infringer will pay. I suspect LG got the "bonus plan" for being the first to settle and so settled for less than what other infringers will. Let's face it...we need the money and we needed one of the goliaths to fall. So if it was only for 1 or 2 million, I for one can live with it as long as there continues to be a stream of this size infringer and larger. Would I rather see 5-10 million...hell yes but this is the first domino to fall and it should be fun to watch the rest i'm sure.
