What IP? Everything but EDIG's alleged IP? If so, what will they replace it with?

The corporation known as Vivtar will remain in the hands of the original folks but it's incidental if Sakar uses EDIG's IP for future products, with respect to licensing fees. DM might demand some portion of the value of past infringements as a bargaining ploy. No harm in trying.

Although it appears the suit against Vivitar might crash and burn, it would be interesting to see if there are common interests in both companies. If so, there still might be a case for past infringements. I'm sure DM will check it out.
