I'm not quite so scientific with respect to my exit strategy.
I fator in the emotions of the market...a true factor to examine but hard to measure.
I didn't sell at 3.73 only to see it drop back down to $1 back in '99, but I felt there was more to be seen despite the orchestrated bashing from the usual boiler room suspects, and my base was so low I had wiggle room.
I was lucky perhaps that I didn't take a profit too early, but certainly could not fault anyone else for doing so.
The next run was one to admire, and the exits points again jumped day to day for many.
EDIG has about triple the outstanding share count that it had during the 2000 run so I suspect the new 24 is 8....but that is a very rough figure. It could blast right through that or never reach it...who knows.
