When you have negative earnings, how do you factor that?

IMO you do not treat this investment as you would a "perfoming" company...this is more like a biotech whose share price rockets on news of sucessful new drug trials and growth markets for that drug.

In our case our "drug" is the patent portfolio and the growth markets are already developed and still growing....talking a lot of guess work out of the upside potential, which is a heck of a lot higher than our 52 week high.

Just waiting for that which will drive this stock....acknowledgement via a business article, a settlement PR, analyst coverage...what will it be???
