If Vivitar does settle I don't expect much from it. That company is in such disarray their own lawyers quit on them.

As PN put it, "there is no one at Vivitar to talk to, no one is taking responsibility, it's a mess over there"

Unless things have changed or DM is able to talk to others who have an interest in Vivitar who are taking responsibility then what can be expected?

I think Vivitar is broke.....
