For any company considering taking EDIG out, this is a great asset (tax loss carryforward) should they be looking at 100s of millions in settlements.
EDIG is about as cheap as it gets, especially considering all the option conversion strike prices for insiders....a rare opportunity when average investors can position at managment incentive levels right as key business developments are underway.
