Frank, sorry you missed the point of discussion. You were talking about a buyout and that RP made a series of statements to you.

We all think the stock will be well beyond $2.00 per share.

I'm talking about how another company would evaluate edi as a potential acquisition. They deal in net income and the time value of money and what the price would be and will it provide a ROI as per company guidelines.

This considers current product line, future markets,, etc.

I'm saying that with the current outstanding shares at 300 million and a buyout price of 5-10 dollars per share they pay 1.5-3 billion dollars.

If our cummulative net income over the next 10-20 years (converted to present value) is less than the above numbers, then not many companies would entertain the tought of trying to buy our little company.
