The requested 17 Feb 2010 Markman date is 3 months before the Vivitar Markman, and that case was filed 6 months earlier.

Very worthy of note, and just how I hoped things might go. I think the court must still ultimately agree to this but it's a good sign.

The problem with an overly realistic viewpoint is that it depends on events being predictable (based on past events) or happening in a linear fashion. A Markman date for the 7 (now 6) that is earlier than the date given for Vivitar is not what someone looking only at the past would expect.

Which is the point I would make to all those still looking in the rear-view mirror at the ten car pileup behind us that we all nonetheless still managed to navigate through... better keep your eyes focused ahead lest you miss the on-ramp that will take you to where you want to go. Many undeniable facts continue to line up that point to a very promising future with this company.

Given the recent strength and trend of the share price as well as increasing volume, I'd say that others agree. I look forward to this story reaching a larger audience.
