Don't confuse patent claims with patents-in-suits. Again patent claims are just examples of how a defendant is infringing. Patents-in-suits are the actual patents a plaintiff believes are being infringed upon. Our patents-in-suits consists of 4 of our 5 patents, specifically '774, '737, '445, '108. We are not increasing our patents-in-suits to 18.
