Agreed, DM is definitely on the ball and I'm thankful they're on the job. I'd bet the 10 claims suggested by the Court is probably a standard # in patent infringement cases with only a single defendant but given there are now 6 defendants in this case, the Court could easily be persuaded by DM to allow more claims. Good for us, not so good for 'the bad guys'.
