All you say is true, however, as I've expressed before, over the long haul, I believe investors are more concerned what EDIG will do with this presumed steady influx of cash such as intensify marketing of the eVU, expand their product base internally and thru aqusitions, vs sitting on cash in the bank.

Without a doubt, if they can get out of debt, post a profit, this will attract buyers to up tic the PPS, but it won't last forever. Long term investors want to see increased sales, not just DM depositing $ to EDIG's checking account.

We are "obsessed" at the moment with settlements and that's all well and good, with me being in total agreement, but I'm thinking from now to 20 years our more down the road.
