Tomorrow is the court ordered Scheduling Conference in the Nikon et al case.

Going to be an interesting end to 2008, and the digEcor trial just 5 days into the New Year. If it all goes our way, we'd get:

• a Vivitar settlement
• one or more settlements with the last 6 defendants in suit #2
• a favorable ruling on our Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc 214) in the digEcor case - or - a settlement announcement in Dec 08 - or - a win at trial.
  
• new infringers being filed upon by DM
• a healthy rise in the pps!

I'm guessing we'll get a news release tomorrow that Vivitar has settled out of court. Anyone second my guess...or second-guess my guess? LOL
