I believe there were times were edig could have used funding to get their tech. out to the public, but did not have capital to do so.

I personally would rather have edig use settlement money to make money (M&A, tech. in new mkt., in the bank etc.) then to give a me a few pennies on my share. I looking for a very significant profit when it comes time to sell my share.
