I'd venture to say that when EDIG has 4 or more settlements announced they should start getting some note worthy converage.

That signals the start of a trend and allows readership to focus on the patents and what market products they cover, not to mention further speculation as to what other significant names that are on the 180+ infringer list.

Guessing the by the end of the fiscal year (March 31, '09), we could be right there...if not sooner.
