EXCELLENT, analysis of the recent developments re VIVITAR...

As I stated before, VIVITAR is playing their shell game to escape "Liability", or at least reduce it to a pittance, by pretending they do not want to "PLAY" in Judge WARD'S COURT?!...

May be that works in TAIWAN, but not in these here United States, and especially not in Judge Ward's Court room...

There is absulutely no evidence that VIVITAR brand, which got "Bought Out?!?" by Syntax-Birillian, went through any Bankruptcy, "(Chapter 11 re-organization" proceedings. In fact it was pointedly kept out of it...

That being the FACT, anyone associated with whatever scheme they had is still on the hook. And that is what DM is arguing to Judge Ward...

Lucky for US DM knows far more than any "Experts?" on this board. And they are on the ball and shall squeeze every dime they can from this "Turnip"...

To say vivitar has somehow escaped is, simply said, absurd...
