Well I assume that is where the trail will lead DM, right o Sakar's door.

The bought the assets and liabilities and will likely deal with DM to make us go away.

I don't think the Vivitar prize was that big to begin with so if we could take a million or two for nuisance value and be done with it I would be happy.

There are bigger fish to fry and DM will measure if Vivitar is worth pursuing...let Sakar off easy with a quick and clean settlement...heck, they got Vivitar for a song.

And who knows, maybe Sakar is already on our list of 180+.
