OK, OK, lets split hairs......Yes I agree with what you say about all the legalities that have taken place.....Vivitar HAS been served. I was not talking of that.

My blurb was meant specifically for your last paragraph......If the court follows through with all you say it can/will, who in the heck does it serve? The Secretary, the maintenance man? Will the court hold them responsible to pay damages to EDig for Vivitar's infringement? At that point, who writes the check?? I do not know and will appreciate clarification from ANYONE who can enlighten me on this....
