Tyco Owes $58M In Needle Shield Patent Suit: Judge

A federal judge has ordered Tyco Healthcare Group LP to pay Becton Dickinson & Co. $58.4 million in damages and interest and to stop selling needle safety shields that have been found to infringe the company's patent.
