Parties are expected to file Status Reports, and then appear telling the Court how far they have progressed and discuss dates for "Schduling" the case for next HEARING with A VIEW OF MOVING THE CASE ALONG...

If there was a Motion for "Summary Judgement", then that is the item that will be set for a Hearing...

In short it is highly unlikely that there will a Ruling by the Court on the Motion without a Hearing...
