98 lets not forget any changes to the tax code will not just fly thru. There has to be house approvals. The changes in the tax codes for cap gains may take longer than you think and will surely not commence jan 1 09
Stock market investing needs to be encouraged not discouraged. It is tuff enough to make money on the market without having to pay more in cap gain taxes :-)
