It is my understanding that mOS is indeed being used in the embedded player... in fact the device is still the portable unit embedded in a seat back and able to connect and recieve signals from wireless devices, satellites, etc. Linux allows this connection... mOS still manages most of the other functions. Remember the digEsystem has a 60GB hard drive, touch screen, and card reader... all managed by mOS. At least that is how I understand it.
