Just a thought about the Panasonic - Sanyo merger. AS we all know Sanyo is one of the 7 listed infringers. Panasonic, I would suggest is likely an as yet un-named infringer. How would Dwane Morris / eDigital manage the Sanyo settlement knowing that an out right settlement with them would result in an effective settlement with Panasonic after the resolution of the merger. Seems to me that it would up the antie considerably!
