There is no "Hourly billing" involved in EDIG case...

The case case was taken by DM on a "Contingency Fee" basis...

Plus DM was to "ADVANCE" all costs of litigation...

They get paid according to the "AGREEMENT" signed by DM and EDIG...

Thus even if DM spent 3 hours on a case they still get a 40% FEE plus recover all costs they can envoice in the case...

So, if let's say there is a settlement in one of the cases and DM rund by EDIG and EDIG agrees to the amount...DM will get the "X" MONEY FOR SETTLEMENT and will distribute it thus:

"x"--Costs Advanced==Y

40%Y to DM; and 60%Y to EDIG...
