Trust me on this; Taking a case like this generates a LOT of EXPENSES...

That DM committee who went through EDIG case with a tooth comb to assess whether or not it had a 75% chance of being successful before they signed as attorneys of record, must have assessed a PLAN by DM to generate funds from settlement of cases early on to cover said expenses in the case...

Furthermore, the fact that DM agreed to advance all the costs puts a lot of pressure on DM to generate a big enough WAR CHEST in anticipation of trials to follow...

Trials are very expensive and for a case like this one you must have a deep deep pocket...

So, DM indeed cares for settling as many cases as they can before the arival of the trial date...
