ANYONE not yet aware that EDIG is sitting on 184+ infringers with one major player already at the table with check book in hand has either been in denial or cannot read.

IF, and only if the settlement net to EDIG is only, and I repeat, ONLY $1 million, then $184 million due to EDIG over the course of the next few years is a HUGE or BEYOND HUGE day in court...for a company that needed only $5 million to declare a record year in revenues.

And who thinks that flash patent infringement covering over 10 years of billion dollar markets will yield only $1 million net to EDIG...who has virtually ZERO overhead compared to what is due them?
