SP, I agree that settlements will likely be above nuisance level agreements. However, my point was to show that when you have over 184 targets even nuisance value settlements are quite meaningful to a company the size of EDIG.

Now, considering that the annual retail target market for this first group of infingers was estimated by management to be OVER $20 Billion, it is not unreasonable to think EDIG's take from this first round won't be well above the $1 million mark per....how far above remains to be seen.
