Something bothers me if they identified 174+ infringers and or possible infringer and we all know our ailing economy the question is what if some of these 174+ files for bankruptcy protection say chapter 11 (reorganization) can we still sue them for past infringement? or is it better to sue now and later if they filed for BK we still have them on the hook?

I just wish DM sued more but who are we to judge, DM are in the captains seat and they know what they are doing.
