Here's another way to look at it, from my prospective.

In your comment, who in that scenario is more capable of determining the value? And why would they want to make it high?

All they have to do is pull a high number with conditions of timed follow through. We do not have to get it up front.

I want to stand the industry on it's ear....the big bang!....lol
