Wouldn't this be the result of a small dollar amount to offset the DM cost to date. If the amount is high, in the range of 10-20 million as has been suggested by Frank and others , then many would believe that edig gave the farm away and settled on the patent deal, which could be worthless depending on technology innovations in the future.
Would they kick the shareholders in the arse and settle on a deal like that?
