If you recall, the origianl announcement taleked about a one time settlement plus cross-licensing with LG. It also made a point about the terms of the settlement are to be kept confidential...

Now, we have the 10Q talking about what amounts are "RECOGNIZED" to date...

Logically, there is no basis for concluding that the "confiential settlement" with LG was limited to what was recognized in the current 10Q...
