I don't know the answer to audio only at this time. I am just making an assumption that DM was eager enough to get a validation under its belt that all EDig's patents were licensed.

The Tier one, Tier two scenario is still in play as far as I know. I don't believe all subsequent settlements will be for the "whole magilicutti" of EDig's patents.
